It looks like this is not a Noritake display module. 

You may be able to get more information if you contact the PCB manufacturer's customer support team.

I got acquainted with the products manufactured by other manufacturers of VFD displays and it seems to me that this is a display manufactured by Noritake. Perhaps the technology Active Matrix VFD.

If this display is manufactured by Noritake, It will have the Noritake itron logo on the back side of the VFD panel like the picture below.

If it is a Noritake display, we are unable to disclose any information about custom display modules like this.
